The houses are not the best insulated, and if your neighbors like to listen to loud music, you will hear them. But everyone has been respectful for the most part, and if you know how to winterize an apartment, it's pretty easy to save money. We appreciate the space and it's quirks here We have had zero problems with the management and upkeep, we appreciate the lower rent for the space that we have, and we look forward to staying another year or two This is the perfect for young roommates looking for a manageable place while living near DC.
